There is a ground floor super king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room leading to a twin bedroom, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and an understairs cupboard housing the washing machine. Outside there is ample off road parking, a patio with furniture and a hot tub and a shared children’s play area on the cottage complex. High Hemmel House is a lovely holiday base. Amenities: LPG central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Patio with furniture and hot tub. Shared children’s play area on cottage complex. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: Beach is accessed via owners’ land on tended pathway suitable for pushchairs.
