Owls Nook is a ground floor cottage in White Cross Bay holiday park just under one mile from Troutbeck Bridge. The cottage sleeps seven people and has two double bedrooms and a bunk bed room with one single and one double bed and a family shower room. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a decked area with furniture and hot tub. Situated on the shores of Lake Windermere, Owls Nook is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the country. Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4 x TVs with Freeview, 1 with Sky Sports 1 & 3, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private front decked area with furniture and hot tub, shared grounds. Bike storage for 6 bikes in shed. Shared on-site laundry facilities (coin operated). Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is accessed by 4 steps with handrail and gate. Note: Due to lakeside location, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Due to the location, WiFi can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Max 6 adults and 1 child.
