This excellent, semi-detached country cottage, set in charming Castleton, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Grange Cottage is a delightful holiday home set on the edge of the village of Castleton in the Peak District National Park. With three lovely bedrooms and a family bathroom, the property can sleep up to six people. There's also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is a front patio garden along with a rear, enclosed lawned garden with furniture and lovely views across the surrounding countryside. There's also an off road parking space for one car across the property. Grange Cottage is an excellent holiday home in a lovely location, perfect for any group at any time of the year.

Off road parking for 1 car opposite property, plus additional off road parking available at the owner’s farm nearby. Front patio, enclosed rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 5 mins walk. Note: No children under the age of 5.

Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The outstandingly beautiful Peak District village of Castleton is situated at the top of the Hope Valley, on the doorstep of some great walking country. Castleton is world-famous for its visitor caves. Castleton has a fabulous array of interesting little gift shops, some fantastic food pubs and an excellent Visitor Centre with its small museum explaining life in the Hope Valley, plus the Christmas lights and festive activities are very popular during December.

What a wonderful cottage beautifully furnished, Julia ensured a wonderful warm welcome, and provided all essentials and much more, to ensure perfect stay. We have stayed at other cottages and this was by far the best.
