Afallon is a fabulous, Grade II listed town house in the harbour town of Porthmadog, with beautiful views of the town and estuary, all the way to the domineering mountains in the distance. The property has three bedrooms; a double room with an en-suite shower room, a room with twin beds and a single, along with a bathroom with a separate shower and a double-ended Jacuzzi bath. There is also a kitchen with an AGA and a sitting area, a dining room with a gas fire set into an inglenook fireplace, and a sitting room with a window seat and a multi-fuel stove. There is first come, first served roadside parking outside and an enclosed courtyard with furniture to the front of the property. To the rear is an enclosed tiered garden set over two levels, the second reached by 25 steps in total, with a lawn and seating. With the amenities of the town a short walk away, and lots to see and do nearby, Afallon is the perfect base for friends and families. Amenities: Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove and gas fire. Gas AGA with double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed front patio with furniture. Rear enclosed tiered garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The rear garden is terraced, with two levels. There are twenty steps to the first level and a further five to the second level. Those with limited mobility should take care and children must be supervised when outside at all times.

Excellent property well presented in quiet location

Really good location to explore the mountains and superb coastal walks and wonderful sandy beaches. Property is well kept and has really good facilities. Close to eating and drinking facilities in Porthmadog and also close to criccieth. A good choice.
