The Hayloft is a superb, stone-built barn conversion, set within the grounds of the owner’s Grade II listed Georgian manor house in the peaceful village of Cumrew and can sleep four people. This mostly first floor cottage has two super king-size double bedrooms (zip/link, can be twin on request), one with an en-suite shower room and one with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, lockable bike storage and shared use of the owner’s enclosed grounds with furniture and a tennis court. The Hayloft is a wonderful holiday cottage. Amenities: Bio-mass central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared use of owner’s enclosed grounds with furniture and tennis court. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Short breaks can only start on a Monday or a Friday.
