Rydal Mount is a three-storey terraced house in the town of Tenby just eleven miles from Pembroke. The terraced house sleeps ten and has one super king-size double, two double, two twin (one with en-suite wet room) together with family bathroom and separate basin and WC. Also in the house are a fitted kitchen with dining area, dining room and sitting room with gas fire. Outside is on road parking and public car parks and enclosed front and rear gardens with furniture. Situated on Carmarthen Bay, Rydal Mount is a lovely family house all year round. Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 6 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Two travel cots and two highchairs. Limited roadside parking outside property. Parking in car park next to property (charges apply). Enclosed front and rear gardens with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 4 mins walk. Note: Raised open fish pond in garden, children to be supervised. Note: Property next to railway station, some associated noise heard when outdoors; about 3 trains daily. Note: Some steps in rear garden and at front entrance. Note: 24 hour parking in railway station car park; charges £4 per day, £16 per week. Note: This property isn't suitable for wheelchair users. Note: Owner can organise a chef service by prior arrangement. Note: Check-in 4pm.
