Base House is a terrace cottage situated in the popular seaside village of Aberdovey. Set over three floors, the cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one double with a shower and basin in the room, a double with sitting area, a small double with en-suite wet room and a second floor eaves twin with en-suite basin and WC, along with a separate family bathroom on the first floor. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside there's an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture and parking is available close by. Base House is a lovely family base with something for everyone in the area. Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with Sky, one with Freeview), DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Parking permit for 1 car in village car park 2 mins walk (refundable £50 deposit required), additional parking in village. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins downhill walk, longer uphill. Note: Due to the nature and age of Aberdovey, access to the property is restricted to a short single-track dead-end road, there are no turning spaces and can only be accessed on foot via a steep track from the main road. Note: Property accessed via five steps to front door. Note: Second floor eaves twin room is not suitable for young children due to access via space saving stairs and limited head room, care to be taken.
