Cariad is a lovely, ground floor detached holiday chalet set on the Heritage Park holiday site near Wisemans Bridge, near Saudersfoot. With two bedrooms, one en-suite king-size double and one 2'6" twin, this cottage can sleep up to four people. There is also a family shower room and a spacious open plan living area with a kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is an extensive decking area with furniture to the front of the chalet, whilst to the rear is am enclosed lawned garden area. Cariad is a lovely, luxury cottage set on a peaceful holiday park, and provides a superb, spacious base for your South Wales getaway. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (two with FreeSat, one with Freeview), 2 x DVDs, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car, plus unrestricted parking in site car park 200 yards from lodge. Front decked patio with furniture, plus rear enclosed lawned garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile. Note: Ramped access and wide doorways to the king-size double bedroom and bathroom, may be suitable for less mobile. Note: Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. Note: The holiday park does not allow the following breeds of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro or Dogo Argentino.
