Llys Eifion is a semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Tal-y-Bont, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double, one double and one single, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside there's roadside parking and lawned gardens, and guests also have use of the owner's hotel which is opposite the cottage. Llys Eifion is an ideal family base for exploring North Wales. Amenities: LPG central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, use of hotel WiFi available at £5 per week. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking, plus further parking available at owner's hotel across the road. Front, enclosed lawned garden, plus rear lawned garden with decking and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, owner's bar and restaurant across the road. Note: Hotel closed Nov-Mar inclusive. Note: The opening and closing times for the hotel bar and restaurant vary throughout the year, please contact the owner directly for more information.
