There is also a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, plus a WC in the utility room on the ground floor. There is a kitchen, and the dining room and sitting room can either be joined as one open plan space or closed off to provide a cosier room to relax by the woodburner-style gas fire. French doors open onto the terraced patio with a built-in seating area, which provides access to the lawned garden at the front of the property. There is off road parking for two cars and beautiful views of undulating Lakeland countryside. A wonderful holiday base for exploring the Lakes. Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating and gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi.
