Greenhills Farm is a lovely barn conversion property, set just 2.5 miles outside of the village of Ipstones and can sleep six people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom and three steps lead down to a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a patio with furniture and a lawn. Greenhills Farm is a wonderful holiday base. Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 4 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture and lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
