Amenities: Underfloor central heating from ground source heat pump (with individual thermostats in every room) and woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machines and tumble dryers in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shared use of lawned garden with furniture and BBQs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 4.5 miles. Note: There are some sloping ceilings. Note: Accessed up 14 stone external steps, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Deepwater area in shared paddock is fenced off (Please be aware around this area children to be supervised).
