This wonderful, detached lodge, situated on the Llannerch Holiday Park two miles from St Asaph in Denbighshire, can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The Roe is a wonderful holiday base for exploring North Wales. Set on the Llannerch Holiday Park near St Asaph, this detached lodge has its very own private hot tub and a cosy woodburner to curl up by in the winter. The accommodation is set solely on the ground floor and includes a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area and outside, a covered patio with a hot tub, furniture and a BBQ and also, off road parking for two cars. The Roe is wonderful for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, all year round.

Enclosed decked veranda with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Shared lawns and woodland play areas. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and restaurant 2 mins walk, pub 1 mile. The Roe at Llanarch Park
The place was very cozy, clean and the area quiet and beautiful. The owner was very accommodating. Would want to go back here again next time and would recommend it to my friends too.
