Meader Barn is a delightful detached barn conversion situated on the owners' traditional Dartmoor hill farm, within the Dartmoor National Park and four miles from the market town of Tavistock. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one mezzanine king-size double and one ground floor twin, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: MeaderBarn is a convenient base for exploring this wonderful part of Devon.

Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles and is up hill on return to property. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: Two steps down to access prop and two steps down to access ground floor bedroom. Note: Road to property is a farm track and may not be suitable for some vehicles Please note there is no smoking allowed at all on the entirety of the property, this is due to the amount of straw and hay in the area and to avoid any fire risks, if you would like to smoke, it will take you about 15 minutes to walk off the grounds.
