Eden Lodge is a spacious detached Edwardian property in the small village of Bardsea a few miles from Ulverston. The property has thirteen bedrooms offering a variety of sleeping arrangements, most of which have en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a shower room, kitchen and sitting area, offering a more private space within this lovely property. The main living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room set within a sunny conservatory, and a spacious sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a barrel sauna, a patio with hot tub, and mature grounds plus ample off road parking. Eden Lodge offers a very special opportunity for a group of family or friends to spend time together and enjoy this lovely part of Cumbria, with its coastline, market towns and proximity to the beautiful Lake District National Park. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Double electric oven, gas oven and 14-ring gas hobs, microwave, three fridges, two freezers, two washing machines and tumble dryers in external utility, two dishwashers, 14 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional firewood available on an honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request.
