There is also a family bathroom and a ground floor WC. The kitchen has a dining area and the sitting room has doors opening onto a small patio. Communal grounds with a walkway that leads down to the river and there is communal parking for up to 2 cars. Buffers is perfectly placed for strolling into Whitby to explore the Abbey, enjoy fish and chips, play on the beach, or for heading out onto the North York Moors.

There is also a picturesque harbour, numerous safe, sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by its famous 199 steps.
