The main part of the house also has a kitchen with central island and dining area, a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove, a first floor landing with seating and a ground floor hallway with basin and WC. Within the annexe part of the property there's a double bedroom with en-suite, a kitchenette with dining area, single sofa bed and a sitting room and a utility room with a basin and WC. Outside there's off road parking for five cars, a courtyard with covered hot tub and there's an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture situated down rear private driveway. Courtyard House is an ideal base for families and friends. Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas AGA, electric hob, electric oven in utility, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 7 x TVs with Freeview, 2 x DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games, toys and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x cot and 2 x highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars, plus roadside parking 100 yards away. Courtyard with covered hot tub. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture situated down rear private driveway. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: Central heating in annexe is run off the same heating system as the main house. Note: Kitchenette in annexe has a microwave, fridge and tea making facilities. Note: Car park is accessed via a narrow archway, please take care. Cars need to be parked neatly in rear drive to enable all to get in. Note: No stag/hen, or similar.
