48 Valley Lodge is a welcoming, detached holiday property set on Cornwall's Honicombe Manor Holiday Village. With upside down accommodation including three ground floor bedrooms, one with an en-suite, plus a separate shower room, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The first floor offers an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. A balcony with furniture can be accessed from the living area, whilst on the ground floor, is a veranda with a hot tub. Guests will also find ample off road parking, plus plenty of on-site facilities (closed 25th December and 1st January only) to enjoy including an indoor swimming pool. 48 Valley Lodge is a fantastic base for touring this superb area. Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi available on-site in leisure areas. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May – Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Ample off road parking adjacent to property. Balcony with furniture and veranda with 8-seater hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: On-site leisure facilities available to guests (closed 25th December and 1st January only).
