Mearbeck House is a Grade II listed, 19th century stone-built farmhouse, attached to the owners' home, located near the village of Settle in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep twelve people in one super king-size double with en-suite shower, one king-size double with single bed and en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms, one family room with double and single, bathroom with bath, basin and WC, and a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with an open fire, and a separate smaller sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed front lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Mearbeck House is a lovely family holiday cottage throughout the whole year. Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Oil AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, washing machine, spin dryer, dishwasher, TV with full Sky, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is an Interconnecting door between the property and owner’s home, this will be locked at all times. Note: Water is from a bore hole.
