One of three lovely Cotswolds cottages, this delightful barn conversion with exposed beams offers quality accommodation with traditional charm. Working fruit farm. Stratford 3 miles.

Set in a working fruit farm, visitors to these three lovingly renovated semi-detached barn conversions will enjoy a complimentary welcome hamper of home grown produce and toiletries on their arrival, courtesy of the farm shop. Of these three properties, the Cow Pen offers a great romantic getaway. With one double en-suite bedroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, the accommodation here is all on a single level for easy access. The Cow Pen is a wonderful little hideaway, well suited to exploring the delights of the region. Amenities: Environmentally-friendly biomass central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. On-site washing machine and tumble dryer available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private gravelled courtyard with furniture. BBQ on request. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (10 metres long, 1.2 metres deep) and hydro pool hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop on-site. Village shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: 6 fishing reservoirs next to owner's grounds available for fishing at £7 per day. Children must be supervised. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Note -

Maintenance will take place on the swimming pool from 1st January 2018 - 12th January 2018 so it will not be available for any guests during this time.

The hot tub is still available, however, the changing facilities will not be available so guests would need to change in their cottage rather than the pool house.
