Whitbridge Cottage is a stone-built, barn conversion attached to the owner’s farmhouse, set on the outskirts of Mickleton-in-Teesdale and can sleep six people. This cottage has a king-size double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a ground floor basin and WC, a sitting room with an inset woodburning stove and an external utility room. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, mature gardens to the front and back (enclosed at front) with furniture and bike storage. Whitbridge Cottage is a wonderful holiday property. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and 5-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer in external utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Mature gardens to front and back (enclosed at front) with furniture. Bike storage. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Road 20 yards from front of the property, children to be supervised and some associated noise may be heard. Note: The woodburning stove has vented heating to serve the dining and sitting room. Note: Due to the circular staircase, children to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
