Lower Lane House is a wonderful, detached cottage in the village of Chinley on the edge of the Peak District National Park. This cottage can sleep up to eight people in a king-size double room, a double bedroom and two twin rooms. The cottage also boasts a family bathroom, a shower room on the ground floor and an additional ground floor WC. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a separate dining room. There are two sitting rooms, one boasting a roaring open fire and outside you will find a garden with a patio and furniture and off road parking for two cars. Lower Lane House is the perfect base for families and friends wishing to discover the delights of Derbyshire. Please note: property allows full week bookings only between May and August inclusive

Derbyshire delight

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chinley. Great base for walking only took the car out once to drive to the start of the climb to Kinder Scout. Lovely canal walk to Whaley Bridge with lovely autumnal colours.
