Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars in a car park 20 yards from the property, and a patio with furniture. Situated in a lovely part of England, Sawmill Cottage is an ideal family cottage. Amenities: Gas central heating and underfloor electric heating (in en-suite shower room and bathroom) with woodburning stove. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
