Clevelyn is a beautifully-decorated cottage located on the main street in Staithes, North Yorkshire. Set across four floors, with three bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room, one second floor double and one second floor twin, this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a first floor family bathroom, a lower ground floor kitchen with dining area, and a cosy ground floor sitting room with woodburner. Outside, guests will find parking in a pay and display public car park at the top of the bank, however there is space for unloading outside the property. Clevelyn offers friends and families a wonderful base from which to explore this enticing location, with pretty coastal villages dotted along the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline, all waiting to be discovered. Amenities: Electric panel heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for woodburner available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside property only. Pay and display parking available in council run car park and Glen Vale car park, at top of bank approx. 5 mins walk away, weekly permits available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: There are steep, winding cottage stairs in this property. Note: Limited mobile phone signal.
