This cottage has a super king-size double bedroom, a ground floor king-size double bedroom, one upstairs twin ( two adult single beds), one ground floor twin ( two single beds), a wet room with basin and WC, a ground floor bathroom, a separate, ground floor WC, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a utility, a sitting room with an electric fire and a children's playroom. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a fully-enclosed, lawned garden with patio/decked area, furniture and a barbecue. Redwood is a lovely base for your holiday.

Electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, combination microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with BT Sport & Sky Sports, one for DVDs only), DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games, toys, beach toys and DVDs. Great holiday rental - Fab location

Had a great stay. The house was lovely., well equipped and maintained, with a lovely outside area, where we made use of the BBQ. Location was perfect - just a short stroll to the beach and the centre of Broadstairs. Another plus point was the sea view from the master bedroom. We would return to this property. A couple of minor points: Not enough mirrors in the bedrooms. and the upstairs is bathroom very small - no good if your tall and it needs a grab rail in the shower, as the tray is very slippery. Overall - Fab place to stay.
