King Grove Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion which adjoins to the owner's 17th century home and is in a lovely secluded location, just one mile from Clunton and can sleep six people. The cottage has a king-size double bedroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, bike storage and a shared, south-facing, front lawned garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue and shared access to two acres of banked grounds. King Grove Cottage is a lovely holiday base. Note: There is a steep, uphill walk when returning from the pub. Note: Although this is a pet-free property, the owners have 2 dogs. Note: The property has its own private, untreated water supply from a spring. Note: There is limited mobile phone reception in the area. Note: This property is suitable for babes-in-arms and children aged 12 years and above only. Note: The property is surrounded by fields with sheep and cattle and the owner keeps hens (free eggs available, by prior arrangement with owner). Note: The shared, banked grounds may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner.
