The Coach House is a superb, stone built, semi-detached cottage, located on a working livestock farm, in the village of Crooklands, Milnthorpe, and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom (can be super king-size double on request) with an en-suite shower and basin, a separate basin and WC, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility room, a sitting room with an electric fire and a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage, a roof-top patio with furniture and an enclosed patio with furniture and a barbecue. The Coach House is a wonderful holiday base. Amenities: Electric underfloor heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Roof-top patio with furniture. Enclosed patio and garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 mins walk. Note: This cottage has wide, internal doors and may be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Property is on an A road, some associated road noise may be heard and children should be supervised. Note: Roof-top terrace accessed by a narrow staircase.
