This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday apartment is excellent for families, couples or golf lovers; there is a rooftop pool with Jacuzzi and solarium for sunbathing and BBQs. The apartment is finished to an excellent standard, and includes built in wardrobes in the comfortable bedrooms. The bathroom is superb and modern. The kitchen is fitted with black granite worktops and a range of stylish units. The development has hi-tech lifts, and communal areas are light and spacious, with marble tiled floors. The separate lounge/dining room is equipped with TV and air conditioning unit. There is also a Sofa bed for a 6th guest. There is a free WI-FI in available in whole apartment.
The traditional town of Almoradi has a central square with a church, where many fiestas take place. There is also the Saturday morning famous market. The square is only 5 mins walk from your apartment. Almoradi is a typical modern Spanish town with all the facilities and amenities of modern life. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes’ walk. There is a fully equipped Health Centre 100 metres away. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are 15mins drive and it takes 20 mins to drive to Torrevieja - a busy lively resort. Other activities in or close to Almoradi include: horse riding, water sports, walking, and many beautiful golf courses. The famous La Finca Golf course is a 5 mins and the Theme park of Terra Mitica is 35mins drive.

Great for a relaxing stay in the south!

The property is exactly as listed and is in a great location to avoid overcrowded resort areas but still close enough for access to excellent beaches. The roof top pool is great and Almoradi is a lovely town, with a great Saturday market and lovely cafes. The apartment is great, beds are comfortable and has everything you need. The view of the mountain from the living room is beautiful too! Taiwo was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and responded and resolved any issues quickly! Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!
