The fitted kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a dining room with electric fire, and a sitting room with electric fire and double sofa bed, meaning this cottage can accommodate up to seven people. Outside, there is garage parking for one car with another off road parking space provided too, as well as shared use of the lawned garden and the cottage has its own gravelled area with furniture. Manor Farm Cottage is within easy touring distance of the coast or Broads, as well as NT properties, nature reserves, and the city of Norwich. Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fires. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
