The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom, one twin and one bunks with family shower room with shower. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting room with dining area. Outside is ample off road parking and patio and paddock with furniture. Situated in the Peak District, The Grannery is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (one with FreeSat, two with Freeview), DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed private patio and paddock with summerhouse, furniture, swings and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Matlock Golf Club opposite. Note: A public footpath runs through the field. Note: There is a step into the bunk bedroom. Note: There is a step into the summerhouse. Note: The property is spacious, however is not suitable for wheelchair use when inside.
