Lovely location and good services

Had a lovely stay exploring the area from a great location. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately had no hot water for 2 out of 3 nights. With no mobile contact number, couldn't contact the owners on first night so 4 adults and 2 kids had barely luke warm showers after a day at the beach. Boiler broke which was unavoidable but communication could have been better.
