The cottage has four ground floor bedrooms - two twins, a 4' double and a double with an en-suite shower room. Also on the ground floor is the family shower room, the kitchen and the hall with dining area. On the first floor is a sitting room with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars, and gardens to the front and rear including a beck flowing through. Chapel Close makes a great base for groups who wish to enjoy the proximity to good walking and climbing country, to take a trip on the Ravenglass to Eskdale Railway, or simply to explore this part of Cumbria. Amenities: Central heating provided by air source pump with electric fire, plus water heated by solar panels and electric immersion heater. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, condenser dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
