The property has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car, and shared use of the riverside grounds. 2 Cark House is well placed for the amenities of Cark, and for heading further afield to Cartmel, Grange-over-Sands and the Lake District National Park.

Cartmel is renowned for its racecourse, and the town is well served with a selection of shops, traditional pubs and a Michelin starred restaurant. There is so much to enjoy in the area, from country walks to boat trips on Windermere or a trip to the seaside resort of Grange over Sands. A great Lakeland base for your holiday.
