The Granary is an 18th century barn that has been successfully converted into a spacious terraced holiday cottage in the centre of the village of Corris, near Machynlleth and can sleep eight people. The cottage is set over three floors and is ideal for two families as it has been successfully converted into two separate living apartments but also has the flexibility of being one house if preferred. On the ground floor the cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 8) and sitting area (seats 5) and a hall and storage room for mountain bike storage. On the first floor there is a room with bunk beds and a kitchen with dining area (seats 4). On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a sitting room (seats 8). Outside there is off road parking in front of the cottage for one car, additional roadside parking and there is a village sitting area with benches and wooded hill views just 20 yards from the property. The Granary is a wonderful base for your holiday in Wales. Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Two kitchens with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, 2 x DVDs. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking. Ground floor hall and storage room for bikes.
