Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Note: Property set on a working farm, children to be supervised and there may be some occasional noise experienced from farm machinery. Note: Property shares driveway access with the farm and small neighbouring static caravan site. The lawned garden is occasionally used by people staying on the small caravan site.
