All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel Cot and highchair on request (Cot bedding not provided). Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned garden at side and rear, with hot tub, wooden veranda, seating and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The owners are members of BISHTA (British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association). Please note - charging for electric cars is not permitted.Charging available in Minehead (10 mins away).
