There is a modern shower room, and a kitchen with a dining area leading down four steps to a bright sitting room with beams and a door onto the patio. The patio has furniture and amazing views, while parking is also available off the road. With walks nearby, and the lakeside town of Windermere a 10-minute drive away, Ghyll Bank Barn is the perfect Lake District retreat! Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor. Range cooker with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Front terrace with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: No fireworks due to the proximity of animals. Note: Three steps from kitchen to sitting room, and one step into kitchen. Note: WiFi may be limited due to rural location.
