The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for 2 cars, a balcony and a small, enclosed patio with furniture. Railway Cottage is an ideal family retreat in a lovely town. Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, iPod dock,WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Balcony with furniture. Small, enclosed rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to this property's location overlooking the railway, trains can be heard during the daytime and evening - there is a max. of 5 trains per day, with a max. of 4 additional steam trains during the summer.
