Wonderful cottage set in spacious grounds on edge of the village of East Anstey. First floor lodge. Open plan living area. En-suite bedrooms. Four miles from the market town of Dulverton.

Kestrel Lodge is a first floor holiday apartment situated on the edge of the village of East Anstey, close to Dulverton in Devon. This cottage has two bedrooms consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room and a zip/link twin with en-suite shower room meaning four people can relax in comfortable surroundings. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with beams, along with a shared utility room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and a shared grounds with unfenced pond. Set in a group with four other lodge apartments, Kestrel Lodge is the perfect holiday home for visiting the Exmoor National Park. Amenities: Eco-friendly biomass heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared extensive mature grounds with large unfenced pond, picnic tables and deckchairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Part of the kitchen has a sloping ceiling with some limited headroom. Note: Property accessed via 15 external, shallow wooden stairs. Note: Children over 8 years and babes-in-arms only. Note: Breakfast boxes, and organic veg and salad boxes available on request and at an additional charge. Note: Large unfenced pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times.
