Cottage with great location but could do with more thought
This cottage was in a fantastic location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales with a gorgeous footpath on our doorstep and breathtaking views. We were a little disappointed though that towels weren't provided, this wasn't very clear in the website description and was a first for us in 15 years of renting properties in the UK and overseas. There also wasn't a washing machine which would have been useful for our family of four who made the most of all the great countryside for walking in. Finally, the double bed at the property was terribly uncomfortable with springs poking in everywhere. It is a lovely little cottage with nice kitchen but just felt a little neglected, I think with a bit of extra care it would be a fantastic place to stay.
