Double House Farm is a luxurious farmhouse in the village of Henton near to Wells in Somerset. It can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms consisting of three doubles and two twins plus a double sofa bed as well as a number of family bathrooms. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and three sitting rooms (one with a woodburning stove). Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in a pretty village and within easy driving distance of fabulous towns and attractions, Double House Farm is a superb holiday home in a wonderful location. Amenities: Underfloor heating from heat pump using geothermal boreholes with woodburning stove. Electric double oven and 5-ring halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Sky, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent Apr to Oct (£25 per week supplement payable to owner Nov to Mar). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Large lawned garden and enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm.
