The Linney has been created in a Grade II listed 19th Century China clay drying kiln and offers well equipped characterful accommodation with exposed timbers, part wood floors and other understated reminders of the buildings "china clay" heritage. The Linney is one of five holiday homes in this superbly renovated building, and provides guests with a spacious sitting room with doors to the patio and courtyard, swings for the children, and its own stream that runs past the back of the building. This fascinating part of Cornwall offers gorgeous beaches, charming fishing villages and the wonderful Eden Project close by. Amenities: Electric convector heaters in every room with electric stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD player. Shared use of washing machine, dryer and freezer in communal laundry area. First £20 of electricity inc. in rent, extra electricity cards available from reception. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
