It has balcony with beach views and main square, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. An bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

An apartment great for a couple or family, at only 30 meters of the beach and located on third floor with elevator. The building is very quiet and in good condition. close to restaurants, public transport, shopping, sports centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, etc..

El Medano

Wie immer: einfache Abwicklung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen Es gibt von der Veranda immer viel zu sehen, wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier allerdings nicht gut aufgehoben, da am Platz immer ordentlich das "Leben" stattfindett.

Gute Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wer es lebendig mag, kann vom Balkon das Leben auf dem Marktplatz mitbekommen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhiger - zwar zur Straße, an der aber nachts nicht viel Verkehr herrscht. Die Verwalter - Josie und Carlos - haben sich auf eine Anfrage nach Austausch einer defekten Glühbirne noch am selben Tag gekümmert.

Tolle Lage, gute Aussicht, zu kleines Bad

Das Appartement war sauber, die Küche einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist super, die Lage an sich auch, alles ist sehr nahe (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Restaurants, Parkplätze). Einziges Manko ist das Bad, es ist sehr klein, und warm Duschen kann höchstens eine Person, dann ist der Boiler leer - dauert ca. 1/2 Stunde zum aufwärmen. Außerdem riecht es unangenehm nach Kanal - das liegt an der unsachgemäßen Verarbeitung der Ableitung vom Waschbecken, es ist kein Syphon installiert. Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Lage sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist ein wenig abgenutz.

Die Badezimmerarmaturen sind z. Teil verrostet. Die Pfannen, Töpfe usw. sind kaum noch zu benutzen. Billigware, die schmutzig wirkt. Das W-Lan funktioniert nicht.
