Casa Dulcia, is a beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa, with private swimming pool , set in an idyllic location looking towards the Monchique mountains and yet only a 5 minute drive to the award winning Lagos Marina and town centre.

This very spacious villa is wheelchair friendly and is furnished to a very high standard. Casa Dulcia offers the perfect setting for a family holiday or a family with elderly relatives due to the excellent facilities offered.

The property, set in private gardens with swimming pool, is totally enclosed and very level, making it ideal for families with younger children .

The accommodation offers a very spacious entrance hall, large utility room with washing machine and WC. A very well equipped open plan kitchen , with fridge freezer, microwave and granite worktops looking into the lounge and dining areas, with flat screen TV, internet and plenty of seating areas for all the family. A separate dining area also overlooks the pool.

The lovely, spacious living room is south facing and has large patio doors leading to the beautiful kidney shaped swimming pool and sunbathing gardens.

For the convenience of pool users there is also and outside WC and shower.

The down stairs double bedroom features a large walk in shower, suitable for wheelchair users . bath with shower over, large double vanity unit with his and her basins and wall mounted radiator.

A lovely staircase leads to a double master bedroom, Patio doors lead from the bedroom onto a large private balcony, with ornate table and chairs. Ideal for soaking up the sun. Pool views.

Bedroom 3, single room, that can be made into a double, with patio doors leading to the balcony, overlooking the pool.

Large family bathroom, with vanity unit, bath with shower over, bidet, WC and heated towel rail.

The gardens offer total privacy , with sun loungers , large swimming pool and shower. Outside patio table and seating is provided, with BBQ for alfresco dining.

The gorgeous sandy 6 km beach of Meia Praia in just a 5 minute drive away with many activities available. Explore some of the beautiful grottoes – pack a picnic and find one of the many secluded beaches.

In the evenings you can wander down to the award winning marina where you will find a wide range of top restaurants and bars serving a variety of dishes whilst watching the yachts and boats go by.

The beautiful cobble stone streets of the maritime Old Town , across the bridge from the marina, enjoys delightful street markets, shops, restaurants, bars and local street entertainers.

For Golf enthusiasts the stunning course at Palmares is just a 2 minute drive away.

Beautiful Villa

We found Casa Dulcia to be a lovely spacious and comfortable home from home. It was very well equipped and, of course, clean and well maintained.

The garden and pool were beautiful and sunny in a peaceful area very convenient for Lagos and Meia Praia beach.

We found Algarve Estate Mangement (Tracey and Adrian Fox) to be courteous, efficient, friendly and responsive.

I would thoroughly recommend the property and management team.

Fantastic Break

Casa Dulcia is very well maintained villa, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location is ideal, very peaceful and quiet.

We have made approximately 14 visits to Lagos and this was one of the best holidays we've had, well relaxed and stress free, many thanks to Adrian and Tracey who were extremely helpful.

We will definitely visit again.

Fabulous Holiday

Casa Dulcia had everything you needed for a completely stress free holiday. Very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Enough sun-beds by the pool with sunshine all day. Great location for the lovely beach, the beach bars (lovely views and great food) and also the town and marina (lovely Italian and Chinese restaurant). We hired a car from the airport for the week. We used the car everyday, no problems at all parking right by the beach or near the marina and not far to the local supermarket. We had a great afternoon out kayaking round the coastline and exploring the caves, would thoroughly recommend 'Days of Adventure' for this. Algarve Estate Management were extremely efficient and were very welcoming upon arrival.
