Wonderful Courtyard apartments in Old Town, in the heart of Barcelona!

This property consists in 2 apartments located on the first floor in a building with lift, up to 10 guests each one (up to 20 total).

You can rent separately or together!

Each apartment comes with 4 bedrooms (2 double beds + 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, an equipped kitchen, a living area with a double sofa bed and a wonderful private terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean weather.

The apartment is very well equipped with WIFI, flat screen TV, wood floors, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, iron, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, bed linens, towels...

The apartments are located at few steps to Boqueria Market, Ramblas, Liceu and Palau Güell!

You can also reach in less than 5 minutes walking Plaza Real, Columbus Monument and Drassanes, wonderful Port Vell, Barcelona Cathedral...

I'm Philip, I lived in Barcelona for more than 10 years and specially love "La Barceloneta "and the old town with all the pedestrian streets and local life with beach, markets and the cosmopolitan atmosphere.

I hope to stay here again.

Six friends and I rented one flat for a week, and it was perfect for us. It is a bright and spacious place with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is also excellent as it is close to the metro station liceu and also a short walk to La Rambla, Barceloneta, gotico, and many other great locations in Barcelona.

There's also late-hour supermarkets close-by, and some really great tapas bars/restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I would highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a well-appointed, central location in the city. Philip, thank you so much! Next time I'm in Barcelona, I hope to stay here again.

we had a great stay

We had a great stay in Barcelona. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment has easy access to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter and Metro. There were 9 of us and the house was large enough for everyone. It is very clean and beautiful.

Great apartment, exactly as the pictures show. Clean and tidy and good quality furnishings and amenities. Great location right off the Ramblas so easy walking access to everywhere. Would recommend it for groups!

Communication from the beginning was super. The apartment is located on a lovely and quiet street. 2 blocks away it is very lively with all sorts of eateries. The apartment is near the train stop and a short walk to Las Ramblas area. The host was wonderful and very helpful!!

perfect for big groups

The apartments are great for a big group - plenty of space, all the rooms are comfortable and large and 2 bathrooms per apartment. Courtyard is an added bonus, and a big kitchen if you want to eat in any night. Great location. Would highly recommend for big groups to stay there.
