About this property

The contemporary modern villa in Cyprus has all the facilities one would expect from a luxury modern villa in Cyprus. Set in the centre of a large garden this is an idyllic spot to unwind and relax, with your own pool and complete privacy.

The Villa is located on a Sloped site and has lots different levels and steps, and even a bridge; its also surrounded by gardens and terraces and provide really nice places to sit. The sunken garden is a gravel and grass surface and is mostly north facing, so much cooler than the southern garden. The living room terrace although south facing is shaded by a large canopy, and this has excellent long distance views towards the mountains. The gardens are all accessible by steps and ramps.

The south garden is where the pool is located which has an infinity edge, with an outlook towards the river. The Villa at this point dramatically oversails the escarpment. There is a large upper garden area which is surrounded by (young) trees and fruit trees, (mandarin, fig, carob, apple, pear, orange, lemons, avocado). This is also a grassed play (14m x 8m) area and we have a small football net.

Fantastic Spacious Modern House!

The house was perfect for our needs, really spacious and well equipped as well as being convenient for us to visit family in Nicosia. We enjoyed the design of the house, loved the pool and found the owners and house keeper super friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back! Many thanks.

A beautiful, spacious, well-designed villa

This modern villa is very luxurious and is wonderfully private and secluded. There are some lovely views surrounding the villa and we particularly enjoyed the infinity pool and the terrace around the pool. The rooms are spacious, stylish and well-maintained and there are all the facilities that you need to enjoy a most relaxing and memorable family holiday. We highly recommend this property to others.

Beautiful house and pool

We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived at this very modern designer house but it was everything we hoped for and more. Huge sliding glass windows overlooking beautiful countryside, an amazing swimming pool and all the space and facilities you could wish for. The perfect combination of style, comfort and practicality. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic house with a lovely location, Andy is very helpful and friendly, I can highly recommend the house as a place to visit, we used it as a base to experience Nicosia and the Turkish part of Cyprus, as well as the Trodos mountains which are fantastic gorgeous.
