This spacious family holiday home is perfect for every age. There is so much entertainment for everyone. Families with children will love the freedom and surroundings. It is also a perfect location for a party of friends to be together for a "golfing holiday"

Valerian is situated on The Point at Polzeath Golf and Country Club which has a 18 hole golf course, four tennis courts, beauty and leisure facilities and an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jaquzzi. There is also a gym and fitness classes are available this is all walking distance from the house max 10 minuite walk. There are Tennis and Golf lesson on offer up at the Clubhouse.

The Club house also has a bar and restaurant that offers hot and cold meals and snacks all day long. There are also many lovely local pubs nearby with friendly staff and quick service which is always useful with small children. There is also a good night life buzz in a few of the pubs of an evening.

It is located within walking distance of the sandy beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay, Polzeath being popular for Surfing and Rock for a short ferry trip to Padstow, Valerian is ideally placed to enjoy all that N. Cornwall has to offer. There are numerous National Trust coast paths nearby, as well as two outstanding Golf courses, Cycle trails, Tennis, Surfing and Windsurfing as well as a very popular water ski School in Rock, which also has Banana Boating on offer in peak season. There is also a large sailing club which has sailing lessons and boat hire facilities on offer. In addition, Valerian is within easy reach of the Eden project and a number of excellent restaurants including Rick Stein's Bistro and Seafood restaurant, as well as the famous Jamie Oliver's restaurant.

The buzzing town of Newquay is very close by. With an amazing aquarium and zoo on offer, always useful to occupy one's self when the weather is not as good as expected. As well as the child friendly Buzzy Bee centre always a treat for the younger generation.

It has been greatly enjoyed by all of my grandchildren from the ages of 0 to 25. It has brought us many memories of laughter and happiness. We are now able to go there outside the summer holidays therefore making it possble to let through out the year.

This Property is in an ideal location. It is located in a private estate therefore making it a safe and relaxing environment for all ages. Children would be safe to explore the grounds and go up to the club house for a drink and a packet of crisps! it is a quick and simple walk to the Polzeath beach and an even quicker drive.

The House has a garage which contains a ping pong table bringing hours of fun to all ages. Valerian is a very spacious comfortable and homely holiday house.

Surrounded by many activities including surfing, surfing lessons, sailing, fishing, water-sports, shopping and many more.

Fabulous house! Clean and comfortable. Great location, it is an easy walk to the beach and near loads of activities! Have already booked my holiday for next year! Great management the owner catered to all our needs.
