Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with pool close to golf clubs and beach

THE SPACE

A luxury apartment set within the beautiful gardens of Cortijo del Mar resort with a large swimming pool and located only 40 minutes west of Malaga in between Marbella and Estepona and 10 min from the beach. The resort is also uniquely located for the golf enthusiast with many courses to choose from.

At the heart of this private resort is a large lagoon-style swimming pool surrounded by manicured lawns. The Cabana bar and terrace alongside, offers waiter service as you relax in the sun and enjoy a refreshment or light meal.

The property (131 m2) features 2 double bedrooms (One with King size bed and one with twin beds), open plan living and dining area with high-end contemporary décor and fixtures. With a large balcony overlooking the pool and the Cortijo del Mar gardens.

Including air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV with IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) over 200 channels.

2 bathrooms (One ensuite) with hydro massage bath or shower.

Fully equipped modern kitchens with quality appliances (including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee-maker and Microwave).

The apartment is absolutely perfect for a family vacation.

GUESTS ACCESS

Guests are welcome to use everything they need in apartment. On your arrival we provide a set of clean and fresh bed linen, towels, toiletries and dish-washing detergent.

Underground parking is provided for free. A remote garage control will be issued on arrival.

For a small additional fee you can join the El Campanario Golf & Country House just 10 min walk away (see pictures). Please don't hesitate to ask for any additional information.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

You will be met by the resort representative. Her name is Rebecca and she speaks Spanish and English. We will be able to assist you during your stay to help you with any inquiries to make your holiday in Cortijo Del Mar as comfortable as possible.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The Cortijo del Mar pool bar / restaurant is open from APR / MAY / SEP / OCT from 9am to 6pm and in high season from JUN / JUL / AUG from 9am to 10pm.

Babysitting available on request.

There is a Kids Club inside the resort that is open from June until September.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) over 200 channels.

Live TV programs across the Internet as they're being watched. Full Uk Entertainment, Documentaries, News, Movies, Sport, Music, Children, Radio.

BILLS

No electricity / water bills for stay less than 28 days.

Any stay over 28 days (Long Term) there will be an electricity charge based on your electricity meter reading on arrival and departure.

HOUSE RULES

This apartment has been designed with the latest environmentally-friendly technology to maximize comfort. It has a central air conditioning system.

By following these simple rules your energy consumption will be kept to a min:

1. Set the AC temperature not lower then 25C this will keep your apartment at a nice comfortable temperature during the summer and colder months.

2. Do not leave doors open while the AC or heating are on.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival.

We would appreciate if you could keep you holiday home clean and tidy. Prior to departure please empty refrigerator and dispose of any garbage at the end of your stay at the large bins provided outside the compound.

For the benefit of all guests we appreciate that smoking is done outside only.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This stylish complex is located on the Costa del Sol in between Estepona and Marbella, less than 10 minutes’ drive from Puerto Banús. The nearest golf courses are only 10 minutes’ drive away. The resort is close to many local and international restaurants, cafes, supermarket, hair & beauty salon, gym and kids club. During the summer month, the Saladillo Beach offers sunbeds / umbrellas and a massage service. The beach is lined with cafes offering local produce and refreshments.

All local amenities and attractions are within easy reach by car. A short drive into the mountains will take you to small Spanish whitewashed villages such as Ronda, Casares or Jubrique. (Here you will find great hiking trails). "Selwo Aventura" only 15 min away, offers African type safaris. Only 2 1/2 hours’ drive you will find yourself in the center off Seville.

GETTING AROUND

There is a large Mercadona or a Lidel super market just along the A-7 towards Estepona, 5 min or 2.5 Km away from your resort on the right hand side. Or a little bit further in Estepona you will find a large Carrefour.

El Paraiso Golf Club Golf clubs is 3 Miles 10 min drive, Atalaya Golf and Country Club 3 Miles 10 min drive and Real Club de Golf Guadalmina is 3 miles 10 min drive and many more.

Saladillo Beach, Salduna Beach 3 miles 10 min drive.

Perfect apartment in fabulous complex

Just returned from a lovely week in this apartment in Cortigo del Mar. We had 3 young kids and everything was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the stay and the pool. Cafe Bar at the pool great for snacks. Would definitely return to this two bed apartment. Thank you!

Great apartment in Cortijo Del Mar

After booking the apartment Peter the owner contacted me giving us further information about

The apartment and answered any questions we had, l thought this was a nice touch and very helpful.

We stayed here early January, the apartment is very easy to find come off at the Diana exit

turn right at the hotel and the complex is just off the first roundabout. You can park in the car

park and take the lift practically up to your door, very handy when carrying shopping etc. If you

cone out of the main entrance and walk down the small street between the houses then turn

Left it's a short walk to the main road where there are shops, bars and restaurants. Its not far

We are late 50/60 and found the walk no problem. It a great area for every age from a children's

Play area to a bowls club. You can also get the bus there to Marbella one direction or Estepona.

The apartment was very clean, a very spacious lovely large living area with a very comfy sofa

and dining table, that leads out to a very large balcony with sun loungers table and chairs.

It is a real sun trap in January so in the summer months it must be amazing. Large master bedroom

and bathroom, which leads also to the balcony. The twin room has good sized beds and very

comfortable. There is a great walk in shower in the family bathroom. Nice sized kitchen with

everything you need. The complex has a lovely pool which you can see from the balcony.

Overall it was a lovely stay and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.
