Beautifully finished 3 Bed House in City Centre, 3 Bath, 2 Parking Spaces,

Holiday home of the award winning owners of the River House (Home ID 1887920), Chester, this luxurious property is ideal for Chester Races and a great base to explore the city on foot. The House at Waters Edge has three beautifully presented double bedrooms, two of which can be made up as a twins if needed. Three bathrooms (two of which are ensuite). Parking for up to 2 cars on the private driveway and easy on street parking. Both the living room and the kitchen dining room are beautifully presented sociable areas, finished to an excellent standard. Netflix is available in the living room. With the exception of the bathrooms, every room has a flat screen TV, and there are DVD players in the bedrooms. Walk in shower available in two ensuite bathrooms and bath with shower in the third bathroom.Weekends start on a Friday - please get in touch if you need flexibility on the day or time.

Melanie is happy to talk to potential guests and help with booking.

The House at Waters Edge sits on the Shropshire Union Canal, so enjoys great views, peace and quiet to the front and a privileged gated courtyard and parking at the rear. Five minutes walk to the race course, and a short stroll into the city centre along the walls, the tow path or the main road. There is no need to drive as everything in the city is within easy walking distance. Late check out may be available on race days - just ask to check.

The owners also have two other houses listed with Owners Direct. The River House (Home ID 1887920) and, next door to it, the new Riverside Apartment. All properties sleep up to 6 adults, with at least two bathrooms and two parking spaces.

A really lovely property which has been furnished to a very high standard. Everything needed was provided and there was a much appreciated welcome pack of food. Access to the house and gates was clear and there was extra parking nearby if we needed it. Chester is a great city and we had a great time here. The owner was very helpful and flexible allowing us to stay a couple of hours longer on check-out day as no one was going in straight after us. Thank you!

Fabulous house!

A fabulous house in a lovely quiet location. Easy to walk into the town. Melanie was an absolute pleasure to deal with, quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble. The house was immaculate with all mod cons, the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great location and very comfortable condo.

We rented the unit for a guys trip across the pond to attend The Open. Loved the history and true English feel of the old walled city of Chester.

Great Apartment

Great apartment! Well equipped, very clean and comfortable with a dedicated parking spot. Easy walking distance to Chester and a great pub/restaurant - Telfords Warehouse - just around the corner. Highly recommended.

Beautiful accomodations, perfect location Fully equipped...

Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting this area. Apartment is lovely, clean and well stocked. Location is amazing, located directly on a canal, which adds to it's beauty. Walking into town was easy, shopping, dining and anything else you wished for is right near by. Apartment was bright and cheery, nicely furnished , even had a lovely bouquet of flowers to greet us. Highly recommend this house. Thanks go to the owners for sharing their lovely home.

A really well kept house in a convenient location.

A great house with all mod cons. Easy to walk into town and convenient for the wall. We really appreciated the hairdryer in every bedroom and the bathrooms were immaculate . The kitchen has every thing you need with plenty of glassware and cutlery. Would definitely return and recommend.

In these circumstances we will refund the Rental (less any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property.
