The living room balcony has a 4-seat dining table and a top-of-the-line full-size stainless steel FireMagic gas BBQ grill so that you can prepare your grilled meats and vegetables whilst savoring the great ocean views!

The living room is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed - with a queen-size Tempur-pedic mattress - and two additional chairs, accompanied by a matching accent chair and ottoman. The dining area is equipped with a 6-seat dining table. There is a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The corridor lends access to the two bedrooms, a third bathroom with a shower, laundry (washer-dryer), and storage facilities.

The master bedroom has a king-size Deluxe Tempur-pedic mattress, a TV, a built-in closet, a private balcony with great ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
